Danach direkt vor Ort mit der Personalabteilung und dem Chef .

Interview
It was a two-person interview and very straightforward. They are looking for entry level professionals who will stick with the company and become managers one day. The position is a one-year rotational program, with an expected additional year of staying with CEMEX in whatever location you're hired in.
