I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at CDI Technology (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2013
Interview
Thorough, multi-tiered, all over the phone, but solid. First with the Recruiter/Head Hunter, relatively easy since they are good and know what they are looking for, and have passed your profile on to the hiring manager who indicated their interest in speaking with you. Next with the hiring manager, this is where it can be tough. Do your homework, know your resume and accomplishments. Next with the Head Hunter again, then with someone who would be a co-worker and co-manager to your boss, then to an Executive VP level officer who is very thorough. Relax, stay consistent. Back to the hiring manager and finally to the Recruiter if you are green lighted.
