The manager and I sat down in the lounge area, she went into great detail about what the job entailed and worked around my school schedule (I was a full-time student at the time) and asked me question to make sure I didn't have any questions. She made me feel welcomed and not just another person coming in to do an interview. She was interested in my feedback and answered any questions I had plus more. It has to be one of the better interview processes I've actually ever been through and I left feeling confident.
