You pretty much get interviewed by the main supervisor. It was over zoom. They asked you technical questions and questions about how well
you work with a team, etc. The interview was pretty straight forward and I was called back maybe 4-5 days later.
I interviewed at CALIBRE Systems (Virginia Beach, VA)
Interview
Virtual during the pandemic. Very professional. They use a set list of questions. They could do a better job at letting people know when they don't get the job. The hr/recruiting seem overworked.
I interviewed with the Technical Recruiter first, and he was so warm and welcoming! He was happy to answer every question I had. I thought of questions after the initial interview phone call, and he took the time to return my phone call and politely answered my questions, as well as additional information.
