I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CADC (Charlotte, NC) in Jul 2024
Interview
Good clear and consise they laid everything out and was very precise with what they wanted and what was required . It took place in a virtual setting with other people answering the same question. Be enthusiastic take notes the interview was held for about 30 minutes. The interview process gets you informed on the future position and is very consise in what it asks. I had no problems with the interview
I applied online. I interviewed at CADC (Santa Ana, CA) in Sep 2024
Interview
It was a group interview on Google video chat, I recall interview was short, was only asked one question about our work background. Was asked to send them a copy of our auto POI.

Question 1
Our work history, if we had any experience related to the role.
I was told I was hired and asked if could start immediately. They gave me an address in Buena Park to report to for orientation. Problem was the address they gave me was bogus. I was contacted by another representative about a week later and he said to report to a Santa Ana address. Same thing, not a valid address. Has anyone else had a similar experience with CADC? They also mentioned they're affiliated with the League of Conservation Voters.
Thanks.
The interview process was relatively easy and I was hired on pretty quickly. The interview was a group interview, so you don't have to worry about being by yourself or feeling intimidated. They ask basic questions and get you rolling.

Question 1
They didn't really ask questions, except if we would do what was required of the job. They went over the job description and asked if we had references and that we had to send them.
