Extremely profesional. Two people of very different roles made for a diverse discussion. Really gave a sense of the data / analytical culture and responsibilities to following research methodologies. I believe having two people was unique. One person was very professorial and referenced ongoing studies of macroeconomic policies in inflationary environments, with a focus on QE II strategies.

Interview
quick and responsive. good communication although be up-front about salary and expectations. The director was condescending and it was awkward. He dismissed my experience and not relevant. Not a great environment.
Good straight forward with a panel very welcoming and accommodating. Really smart and open to all answers no right or wrong answers. So feel free to give your own opinion on social economical and environmental issues. You also need to stay up to day with the news
