Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, was asked to do a project and submit within 24 hours. Got rejected straight after, asked for feedback and got nothing. Rejection email said "Thank you so much for taking the time to speak with us and share more about your background and experience. It was a pleasure learning about your work and the projects you’ve been involved in." Interesting considering I never spoke to anyone at the company or shared any info on background / experience or any work / projects.
