Interviews start with the Area Manager, followed by the Regional Manager, thereafter the MD.
The interview process moves quickly and the salary offered is market related.
Smooth sailing. The interviewers were kind and welcoming. Asked to balance out a balance sheet using financials. This was a relatively fair question. Prepare your accounting knowledge well. Then all will be well.

Lengthy, with three, separate hour long interviews, with senior members. The MD interviews everyone, so it's a very flat structure.
There isn't much delegated in the company, with an old guard running everything from approving pencils to appointments.
