I was recommended internally (via HealthEdge). Process took around 2 weeks. Talent Acquisition contacted me for a very fast phone screen that asked questions to ensure I had experience doing the job. Second interview was a phone call with a Sr. PM. Third interview was a panel video chat with same Sr. PM and two other PMs. Fourth interview was with a technical expert and fifth interview was with the department head.
All interviews went well. All people were kind and asked thoughtful questions. Everyone did ask the same two questions: 1) Do you have a PMP cert, or would you like to get one?, and 2) How would you deal with an unhappy client?
