Building Networks Group Engineer interview questions

I first had a phone interview with a high-ranking employee. She sent me her number which I thought was so I would recognize who would be calling me. At 10 minutes passed the scheduled interview time, I reached out to her to ask if she needed to reschedule. She replied angrily that she had been expecting ME to call HER for my interview with her. I thought it was very strange but apologized for the confusion and the rest of the interview went well. Next, I went through a video interview with the owner which went well. He seemed impressed and knew I was interviewing at multiple places. Because of this, he urged me to stay in close contact if I got another offer as he said he wanted to make sure he didn't wait too long and lose me as a candidate as a result. Despite all this, they completely ghosted me from that point on. I reached out to both him and the 1st interviewer separately via email to discuss next steps or to please confirm if they moved on and neither took the time to reply to me.
