Interview
THIS IS NOT AN IN INTERNSHIP! This is one of those direct sales jobs that you have to sell in-person at some retail store. You must hit the numbers in order to get commision and if you dont, you will just get the base pay (even if you've close some deals).
Brief regular phone screening., then went in for two in-person interviews. First interview was mainly describing the job description, roles, and salary. In the second round, they look and ask you if you want this job or not. Honestly, these kinds of jobs/companies will hire anyone who just wants it enough. If you are good and are willing to hustle, you will do fine and learn a lot. This job will burn you out (like most entry-level sales jobs).

Interview
There were three rounds of interview. First is a HR round. In the second round, they asked more about my previous job experiences, explained the companies expectations towards this role and examined my ability through a few case questions. In the third round, they have examined my abilities through a written test and as I cleared the test, they explained more about the roles and responsibilities of the job.
