I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Brooksource (Grand Rapids, MI) in Oct 2017
Interview
I thought it went well and I went into the third round interview feeling great. They toured the office with me and seemed to really enjoy me. Honestly, I felt as though I was a shoe-in, however, two weeks later I got an email saying that ‘while my work experience and education we’re “outstanding” they just didn’t feel that I was a strong enough fit.’ They didn’t respond to my questions about what I could improve on or tips to make my next interview go better for me with a different company. I was very unhappy and discontent with this experience and how they left me out to dry with no feedback.

I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Brooksource (Gainesville, FL) in Oct 2016
Interview
Extremely nice and the most comfortable I've ever felt in an interview. My interviewer was very laid back and seemed to really want to know me better on a personal level. She seemed very accommodating to me and I left the interview with positive vibes.

Interview
The interview process began with a phone interview, after meeting the company at a college career fair. After the phone interview ended, I was asked to interview in the office that I would be working in. The final step of the interview process was an in-office shadow day, where I learned more about the position, and culture of the company.
