Interview
I was informed a day before my interview that there was a meet the employer night that night. Two recruiters were there giving a powerpoint presentation about the company. They were trying very hard to make it seem like a great place for college students to work but it came across as very unprofessional. I left the meet the employer night no longer interested in the position but at my school we can't cancel interviews. The next day I went to interview with one of the recruiters. She told me "Sorry I'm a little hungover from last night. We stayed and drank when you guys left." Then she told me she didn't have time to print my resume and hadn't even looked over it. Clearly this interview left a really bad impression of the company so hopefully they have changed or you don't care about professionalism.

Interview
Super simple interview and the questions were standard (strengths, weaknesses). I started out with a phone interview screening with one of the really nice recruiters. So I didn’t get an offer, it was great practice for interview questions

Interview
I recently had a remarkably positive job interview experience that left me feeling confident and excited about the prospect of joining the company. From the moment I walked through the door, the atmosphere was welcoming. The receptionist greeted me with a friendly smile, instantly putting me at ease.
As I entered the interview room, I noticed the organized setup and felt a sense of professionalism. The interviewer, who introduced themselves warmly, took a few moments to ensure I was comfortable and explained the structure of the interview. This initial gesture helped me relax and set a positive tone for the conversation.

Very laid back and comfortable interview process! First round was a phone screening with an HQ recruiter. The next round was a phone interview and after that I was invited onsite to meet the team.
