Two people conducted my first interview to test my technical skills for the job. It was a half an hour interview. I was being called after 4 days for another interview. The second interview was taken by the HR manager and it was a ten minutes interview, where I was asked about my background and stuff. It was followed by another interview the same day by the director management. This interview was a mix of technical, social and personality test and it took around 1 hour. After 30 minutes of leaving the office, I was emailed an offer letter so for me it was a very smooth process.
