I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Brickell Men's Products (Portland, ME) in Jun 2024
Interview
2 stages of the interview, 1 with a prospective colleague, 1 with the hiring manager; first interview - interviewer was a little disengaged; 2nd interview was with both the same colleague and hiring manager where I was asked more "technical" questions about MarTech.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Brickell Men's Products (Portland, ME) in Apr 2019
Interview
The CEO had reached out to me via LinkedIn. We quickly were able to schedule a 30 minute call. He was friendly and engaged. I was soon contacted again to visit for an in-person interview.
The interview lasted about two and a half hours all together. I was given a tour of their building and then I met with a few people from the team - a couple guys from marketing followed by a developer. The CEO called in via Skype and was present through the entire interview.
All seemed like great people. Friendly, professional and easy to speak with.
My only complaint is that they went with another candidate! However the CEO actually contacted me a few days later to let me know they had made their decision. His honesty is a rare quality and was very much appreciated as to not let me sit around and wait.
