I interviewed at BrickSimple (Englewood Cliffs, NJ)
Interview
The interview process was structured and professional, with clear communication at every stage. The interviewers were friendly and asked relevant questions that tested both technical skills and problem-solving ability. Overall, it was a positive and respectful experience that made me feel comfortable and well-prepared.
Phone or video interview with managers, followed by an in-person tour and interview with executives. The interview with executives includes a relatively easy skills test for testing your code efficiency.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BrickSimple (Doylestown, PA) in Nov 2017
Interview
Brick Simple is a relatively small company which led to minimum overhead through the interview process. Contacted through email for an on-site interview, no phone screen. Interview last about an hour or so. I think we both knew by the end of it that this was not a good fit for me or the company. About a week later I was sent a polite email that I was not selected for the role.
