Asked tons of behavioral questions. Very little technical stuff. They seem to be mostly looking for a culture fit and someone who can meet deadlines. I got an online assessment, a zoom interview, and then an in person final round.
I applied online. I interviewed at Brevium (American Fork, UT) in Feb 2026
Interview
I applied twice with a few months gap (as advised by the recruiter) and they sent me the same exact coding assessment in both cases but...
The 1st time the recruiter contacted me with a rejection letter and I asked about the reason, and she said the codding assessment ran out of time unfinished and thus no tests passed, which was incorrect, and then she checked once again and found 80% score which was below their threshold (90), but said I should apply again and so I did after a few months.
The 2nd time, I applied and got the same coding assessment. I looked up the solution since last time, so knew exactly how to do it, so this time my solution was 100% right, I was certain. So 5 days later I decided to follow up and she responded they decided to pursue with other candidates whose experience matches the role better. I asked her why waste my time with assessment then, and she said I got 0% on the assessment from that day, but I took the assessment 5 days ago and it for sure not 0%. Anyway, this recruiter of theirs (you can see her name on their site) is the dumbest recruiter I have ever had to deal with.
I had an interview over the phone for about 15 minutes, which was easy and fluid, after which they invited me to a technical interview the next week. That interview was being conducted by someone in training and it felt unnecessarily difficult and not as fluid
