Process is a joke. As others described, you'll spend hours and hours doing free work without any actual human interaction. -- Then after 6 rounds of wandering the labyrinth of arbitrary challenges, you'll get ghosted. I probably should've stopped at round 2, but the job description genuinely interested me.

Interview
One actual conversation with a member of the team. The rest of the month is spent completing ridiculous online assessments that culminates in creating an entire marketing strategy within 45 minutes. When you follow up after a week after submission, you receive an automated response despite putting hours of wasted effort.
