The interview process was comfortable. You will get along easier with the interviewer. Before proceeding with the actual interview, you will take first an exam and you have to read their manuals about the company.

I was interviewed by the plant manager, production manager, and senior engineer in a conference room. They made me write additional information I can share about myself in a paper and later on asked me to share them verbally. They asked me the basic questions during the interview and the whole interview process revolves on the answers i gave them.
