The process was neat. Unlike other interviews, the Accolite interview was well scheduled and properly informed. They made the interview process very smooth. They even provided proper refreshments during the interview. I attended the interview on Sunday. The process was very nice. First, I had an online test. Next was Technical Discussion 1 – the questions asked were very proper. You can prepare for these questions. Only if you have worked on these topics will you be able to answer them. After this, Technical Discussion 2 happened, where they gave me a problem statement and asked me to write the code. It could be DSA or designing an application. Only when you know the concepts in depth will you be able to answer these questions. Next, I was supposed to have Technical Discussion 3, but since it was Sunday and the time had already passed 4 PM, they scheduled it online. It was a proper discussion where they asked me what issues I faced in my application team and how I overcame and solved them. Following this was an HR discussion where they asked about my expected salary. Every single process was neat and proper. The interview process itself tells you what kind of company this is and what standards they follow.

Streamlined interview process. Questions asked were as per the job description. I had one level with Accolite , another one with Client for whom the hiring is done. Once all good , they are quick to release the offer.

The first round was cleared, then the second round was also cleared. Both rounds mostly had questions from Core Java, Java 8, Spring Boot, Microservices, and MySQL. Then came the last round, which was a managerial plus technical round. The interview went well, but the rejection reason given was “lack of confidence.” They reject in the last round just because of confidence issues. It feels like a waste of time when someone has cleared so many rounds and reached the final stage, it shows they are capable. They cannot give negative feedback based on just one point. Feedback should be based on all rounds, not just one. It seems like they conduct the interview just to pass time.
