A recruiter reached out to me regarding this position. . Following the initial screening, I received an invitation from the team and recruiter to the first round of interview. After the first interview they invited me to their office for a chat so they could get to know me better. I thought the second interview was not required as the hiring manager asked only 3 question which were discussed in the first interview and it lasted only 10 minutes. After that I was required to take a three-hour psycometric test for which no feedback was provided. I was told that I would get a feedback within 2 working days but after a week of following up they told me they won't be progressing with my application as they want to wait for someone with more experience. This feedback could have been provided during the first three stages of interview. Advice to management: The candidates time is as valuable as yours! Additionally, if you are going to invite a candidate for four stages of interviewing, at least give them a proper and honest feedback
