Interview
When I interviewed at Botree, the process was really smooth and felt more like a conversation than a test. It started with a quick intro call where we went over the role, my background, and what I was looking for. From there, I had a longer chat with a couple of team members, which was more about getting a feel for how I think and work rather than just running through my resume. There was a task involved, but it was relevant to the role and felt like a good way to show what I could do, not just a box to check. The final step was a conversation with leadership, which was more about long-term fit and making sure it was a good match on both sides.
