Interview
The two CEO's took almost three months interviewing for a position they already had someone in line for. They were only seeking an understanding as to how to perform work the person they extended the position to did not have the experience or the knowledge to perform. Highly unethical on the part of both CEO's.

Question 1
How do you implement a process for tracking and determining the ROI for sales and marketing programs? They also asked over and over if I as a could handle being in a boardroom. I felt by the last interview with their acting CFO from Vital Farms that they felt like a woman did not have a place in the boardroom with all the "big boys". He even became verbally agressive by the end on the interview.
