The recruiting process has multiple steps: 1. GMAT test with 15 questions. Should be finished in one hour 2. HR interview (prepare company values). Also be prepared to talk about your relationship with books and reading. Unfortunately I didn’t pass past this step, but there should’ve been a technical interview with 2 of the developers and another one afterwards.
