Interview
Got an email from Talent Acquisition after ~3 weeks from the date when I applied for this role.
Had a short screening call (around 20 minutes) where we discussed the role itself, my background, relevant experience, and motivation to join Booking.com.
After that, had a technical round (1 hour) with 2 team members - they asked a number of questions about the technology and real-life scenarios.
Finally, the Recruiter scheduled 2 last interviews (another technical round with Hiring Manager + Behavior/Cultural Fit) for the same date but unfortunately, I was unable to make it and asked to reschedule.
We agreed on a specific date (a week after), however, a few days later I've got a default notification email from another person saying that position has been fulfilled.
Not a big deal, life is moving forward but I believe that every single candidate would appreciate some transparency in communication
