      The hiring process was well-structured and efficient, consisting of three rounds: an initial conversation with HR, a language proficiency test, and a final interview with the team lead. Everything moved quickly, without unnecessary delays, and each stage was clear and well-organized. The communication was smooth, the atmosphere was friendly, and I felt supported throughout the process. It was an interesting, engaging, and very productive experience overall, leaving me with only positive impressions.
