Being interviewed by people with 0 Product Marketing experience and no business or marketing education is pathetic! Seems like they were employing people that could grow into a role instead of be a fit for it.

ridiculous questions about their internal processes - guess what - not every company is the same and no one has experience with your internal projects to fit like a glove as you say!

Well organized process and helpful recruiter. I had 4 interviews in total: a screening call with the recruiter, 1 with the hiring manager, a business case presentation with a stakeholder and a cultural-fit interview.

I applied through referral, and interview with Hiring manager went well, however, my candidacy got declined. I received great feedback about the reasons of that, which was a great learning opportunity for me.

Tell about one of the best product launches you did, and how you approached it
Comparatively lengthy ~3months but smooth well organized process. I was given detailed and helpful information to prepare each round of interview.
It's a pity that they do not interview you simoultaneously for similar role with different teams and could sometimes take a while to receive a follow-up after an interview round.
