Interview process consisted of 5 rounds: 1. Screening call with HR 2. Round 1 interview with hiring manager and someone else from the team 3. Writing/case study assessment 4. Round 2 interview with director on team and a colleague 5. Chemistry check with other teammates

Interviews were traditional competency and personality questions. The written assessment was great in that it really showed you the type of work you'd be doing on a day-to-day basis.
