Interview
Very messy, people did not show up for scheduled interviews. They did no offer apologies. In general the interviews were chaotic and unstructured, it was clear that there was nothing prepared from their side.

They actually asked me how I would write a complex query using R on a data set?!? This is completely out of scope for a Senior Director Role!
