When you get an interview with Booking you get a candidate pack, it explains all the stages, the last one is feedback. As in, won't leave you hanging with no outcome to your interview...which is exactly what happened to me.
First stage talent acquisition stage. Good chat with him, all went well, said would move to next stage and explained the role well.
Second stage with, another really good chat and almost went over with alloted time. Explained next stage was with Academy owner and poss someone from technical, as was a technical role.
Then I heard nothing. I chased, I sent two emails, I got replies off talent bookier looping in first interviewer. Blanked.
I don't think you should treat people like this, it takes 5 minutes to email someone, but when a person has spent time and effort, is in a position where finding a new job is very important, to just be left completely open ended in the process. It affects people.
