I handed my resume to the store, and a few days later, I received a phone call from them. During the interview, they asked about basic things like my motivation for applying and my previous work experience, but went into them in quite a bit of depth.

They asked me to introduce myself, explain my motivation for applying, talk about my previous work experience, what I learned from it, the most challenging experience I’ve had, and describe step by step how I would approach and assist a customer entering the store.

In the manager's office in the back sat opposite each other with stock behind us. They had a file with my resume and another with notes they were taking. Fairly relaxed atmosphere.
