The interview process was unnecessarily long and tedious, it was 6 rounds in total for a low wage job. The company has serious trust issues since it's a family ran business and needs daddy's approval. They comment a lot on how they're like a family, which sends red flags through the roof. Also I think a lot of their questions were round about ways, in determining if I'm planning on starting a family, how old I was, my martial status as someone in the company went on mat leave and never returned...which left them feeling "burned". This company does not do things by the book, they wanted me to do a physical hand written note that would be sent out a client. Hand written note what is this the 1900s? It's like they wanted to check if I am physically capable of writing a document on the spot, grammatical errors, etc. very odd.
