Great process, really dug in to what I know rather than trying to grill me and ask me uncomfortable questions.

Based on CV and what they thought I could bring based on that then asked for examples
Great interview process and fun to learn about the family run business. Questions were not too difficult as I have experience making burgers. If you want to make burgers while becoming a part of the family this is the place to go.
