Interview
There were 3 rounds. Two technical and one with Country Head and HR.
Level of questions asked were Average. I believe they basically checks attitude of learning and to work. Should go ahead and take risk if it is your early age of learning.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bluvium in Feb 2021
Interview
Got lead from LinkedIn and I mailed my resume to HR. Got my first round of interview scheduled, the questions were basic Salesforce development related and some rest things as well.
Then 2 days later got second round of interview scheduled. This time there were also some good in depth Salesforce development questions like mixed dml and all.
After few days I got the call regarding the offer.

Interview
Two stage video call - They scheduled the interview. First round was with another developer. Second round with a tech lead. They mostly interviewed on Salesforce Development skills and wanted to understand communication skills, career goals, customer centricity, etc.
