I didn't end up choosing to work with the company, but I went through four separate conversations with recruiters at the company. If you are interested in a sales job, and would like to earn commission but don't have a lot of experience, maybe this is the position for you. It is advertised as a marketing position. I was told that base weekly salary is $600, and that you are required to work two weekend days per month. So that breaks down to around $12 to $15 an hour according to the given hours, which are 9-6. Beyond that, starting off you are able to make 34% commission on donations collected past $2000 during the work week. From what I gathered, every work day, you spend around an hour or two in office prepping to go connect, and then spend the rest of the work day tabling at a retail location like Walmart, Ulta, ect. If you are looking for a marketing position, you will not find it within their promotional structure. They beat around the bush when describing the actual roles within their office, but the idea that I got was that you start in a sales role and move into a recruiting role, because I was told that you make more per week depending on how many trainees you retain below you. If any of this appeals to you, maybe this is the right job for you.
