4 rounds of interviews which took a few weeks one of which included a panel interview and they made a very low offer which included the bonus despite me telling them the salary range was low. They told me a 5th round was needed and then decided not to negotiate salary. I asked if we could revisit the salary at the low rate discussed last and they said they would call back and I never heard from them again. They were asking for a high level strategy mover on an incredibly low budget. It was really unprofessional to not even honor the original offer and not return a call.
