Blackstone Commercial interview questions

The short phone interview was good it was the in person one was less than professional. The interviewer kept making awkward pauses as he tried to figure out questions to ask. He wasn’t prepared in anyways and barely had knowledge of the job. His phone rang and a clearly non emergency call was had for a solid 5 minutes. The end of the interview was just as awkward as He leaned back in chair and pretty much started doing something else leaving me to ask if that was it. He said yes and I literally just walked away. No thank you for coming in, no indication the interview was over. From there I was completely ghosted. They never called my references and never followed up to express weather I was selected.
