Blackbox Research interview questions

One of the most transparent interview processes I’ve gone through. The interview process consisted of three main rounds Round 1 Interview with the head of HR/HR team - This is a screener for the HR team to understand if the candidate is a good fit for the role + salary expectations. If you’re able to impress the HR team, you’ll be selected for the next round Round 2 After getting through the HR interview, I was given an assignment to do. The assignment was a data set to analyze and a questionnaire writing. I got 3 days to complete it and in case if you need an extension due to a valid reason, HR will be kind enough to consider it. Step 3 Interview with an associate director - even though I wasn’t selected due my lack of experience in quantitative research, the interviewer was gracious enough to give me honest feedback then and there without discouraging me. He nicely pointed out why my experience doesn’t match the expectations of the company, yet was kind enough to lift my spirits with his great advice at the end of interview. He’s 100% transparent of the outcome of the interview and this was actually helpful for me to move on with my career search All in all, my experience with BlackBox research interview process is simply amazing

it was generally okay. interviewer was easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable and asked all the right questions. questions were like the usual interview questions like background, streanghts, weaknesses, etc. after that, got in a call with hr/ finance where they offered me the job
