I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blackbird Bakery
Interview
The interview was ok, a friendly interviewer, but slightly disorganised.
However, found it slightly strange to be interviewed at the headquarters by someone who would not be working with me, especially for a team and customer service role.
Also, I never heard back despite being told I would in the few days after the interview.

Question 1
tell me about your experience, what is good customer service?
Very friendly environment, very kind people around and the benefits were ok. They like their job and want employees to like the job, too. Seems to be the right place to start a bakery career
