2 staged process
1 telephone clinical interview followed by a face to face interview. Informal chat about the role, expectations and a chance to ask questions. Both parts take 30 mins and up to 1 hour respectively.

Telephone interview clinical , easy to talk as the interviewer was also friendly and done the job before. Progressed onto face to face which was more relaxed chat, rather than intense questions
