I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Blackbaud (Austin, TX) in Feb 2016
Interview
I sent in my resume for an Associate Project Manager position, and got a quick reply moving me on to the next step. Their first 'round' is a recorded video interview. You're given a log-in and time to complete, and it's basically an automated process where questions pop up on the screen and you have a set time to record your response, so it's not an interview with an actual person. It's definitely intimidating as you have a giant timer counting down, and you're watching yourself on a computer screen as you're speaking. Once it's finished they have a little exit video explaining the next steps and you send it off.
I submitted my video and didn't hear back for 2 months. I had moved on by then, so wasn't surprised when I got the rejection email. I was confused because the day after receiving the rejection, I got another email saying they received my application to the Associate Product Manager position, and that they'd be in touch if it's a good match - basically, the same email I got when I first submitted my resume (except that I haven't applied again).
They're a tech company so I think it's great they are implementing video/web solutions for interviews, but it just seemed unorganized and I was left wondering if anyone actually read my resume or video, or if it just got lost somewhere.
