They will normal ask for checking the communication skills and how many times you have taken a cab and what have you observed during the booking, what could have been improved. They normally seek for technical and communication skills.

Tell me the about the booking process of any cab industry
regular interview process, 2 rounds, junior and senior, basic questions and a little of technical knowledge assessment, generally ok. would not stress too much about this one, time-wise it was also quite quick - around 3 weeks in total
First phone interview with HR, then technical interview with mgr. Then, group interview. The HR interview was just high level. The mgr interview was about the group, the process that they use and so on. The group interview was more technical.
