I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bishopsgate Institute (London, England) in Apr 2022
Interview
Two in-person interviews which various members of the team, who were all very welcoming. Interviews were interesting, enjoyable conversations and the team came across really well. First interview had a timed copywriting task which was fairly straightforward, although the tech hadn't been set up correctly so it was unnecessarily challenging. Second interview required designing a full campaign based on a newly acquired collection and presenting it. They offered the job to another candidate as they said they needed someone who had more experience with ticketing and online sales, which is fair enough but wasn't highlighted in the job description. They also went on to use my copy from the task on their website which I suppose was flattering.

Interview
It was an in-person interview with two members of team. No task. Didn't get through to second interview so not sure if there would have been a task at that stage.
