The interview process had two stages. The first stage was with HR and the reporting manager of the position, as advertised. The second stage was with the founders and Head of Operations.
The interview process was relaxed and friendly on both occasions. I was asked many questions about my career background, interests, hobbies and role-related questions.
The interviewers were clear about what they were looking for in a candidate and explained to me a bit about the company's 100% remote set-up, culture and vision, and goals and aspirations.
