Interview
At first, a short on-site visit with the hiring manager and scientists o the team. This was followed by full day on-site interview. Started with a meeting with the CTO, followed by an hour-long seminar with Q&A. Afterwords, one-on-one interviews with the hiring manager, molecular biologists, head of fermentation. Lunch with the Analytical group. At the end of the day, a summation by the CTO.
