Hi, I went through 2 rounds, one in the Binary Semantics office and the other one in the google office, it was a walkin, 1st round that was an HR round with the HR of Binary Semantics , in that round only confidence was necessary and just say it clear, she asked for my introduction and some questions from CV, then she explained me about the package that's it. After this we were sent to Google office, Gurgaon, I waited for 2 hours for my turn and the interview was quite similar to the binary one, same things about CV and my blogs etc. I got my result in 3-4 days.

I applied through a referral and was interviewed in their office in January. After the technical round, I waited in the lobby for 2 hours for the HR to inform me but they never came. I had to call up my friend who referred me to find out what was happening and I left soon after. 2 weeks later I got called for the management round with the project manager. Finally got a call 2 months later from HR that I've been selected. HR tried to pressurise me to shorten the notice period but refused to reimburse for the buyout so I rejected the offer. HR has way too much control over the hiring process and are always trying to cut corners and lack professionalism and ethics.
