Candidates can also learn about potential employers and determine if an organisation is a place they can see themselves working in the future. The company seems to be thriving and growing exponentially. hence, recruiting a lot of new staffs for the backend office.

Interview
Interview was fine. Just that, the HR do not respond or ghosted the applicant to see if they are shortlisted for the next interview. It is ethical for them to inform the applicant whether they are shortlisted or not. To see as whole, if HR can conduct an interview, they should be doing the same if the applicant are suitable or not after the interview. If this is how the HR works in this company, it is uncertain whether the HR have the same mentality if the staff are treated the same.
