It went smoothly with a few questions regarding customer service and how would I approach a customer and guide them. Also assist them with anything they need. How would I manage any conflict or any issue that arise or any discomfort to the customer. How should I act in certain situations and dresscode etc.

How would you handle if any customer faces and issue?
The interviewer will you ask short and simple questions and will see you skill ability through your ability of giving answers. most probably, if you got selected for the answer assume that you have almost got the job. best of luck.
