I applied online. I interviewed at Bharuwa Solutions (Noida) in May 2026
Interview
I had a disappointing recruitment experience with Bharuwa Solutions.
After my initial interview, I was asked to attend a face-to-face technical interview at their office. A few days later, I was informed that I had cleared the round. After about a week, I was called again for a second technical interview, which was also conducted face-to-face.
A few days later, I was informed that I had been selected and was asked to share the required documents. After another week, an HR round was scheduled. During this period, I had to make multiple attempts to connect with the HR team for updates.
Finally, after a lengthy process spanning several weeks, I was informed that I was not selected.
While I respect a company's right to choose the most suitable candidate, I believe candidates' time and effort should also be respected. Conducting multiple rounds, requesting documents, and indicating selection before ultimately rejecting a candidate creates unnecessary confusion and inconvenience.
I hope the recruitment process can be made more transparent and efficient for future candidates.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Bharuwa Solutions (Hyderābād) in Apr 2025
Interview
I recently went through the interview process at Bahrua Solutions for the position of Senior DevOps Engineer, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience.
The entire process involved four rounds:
The first round lasted about 1.5 hours, with in-depth technical questioning.
The second round was also lengthy and detailed, lasting over 30 minutes.
Two more rounds followed, each requiring time, effort, and serious preparation.
Despite going through all these stages, I was informed after the fourth round that the company had already decided to hire someone referred by top management. This raised an important concern: If a referral was already prioritized for the role, why conduct a lengthy, resource-intensive interview process for other candidates?
It's extremely disrespectful to candidates' time and effort. Such practices create a poor impression of the company’s hiring ethics and professionalism. Feedback could have been provided earlier or the process halted if a decision had already been made internally.
I sincerely hope Bahrua Solutions reconsiders its hiring approach in the future. Transparent communication and respecting the time of external candidates are critical to maintaining a good employer brand.
