Appreciated the interview process- everyone was so kind and great. Loved that the CEO took the time to do a final interview. She let me ask her any question and was really transparent and humble. I was shocked that she took the time to do that. I knew what to expect. Between the first and second interview - a few of the same questions. Very responsive throughout the process.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Better Together (FL) (Orlando, FL)
Interview
The worst interviewing experience I have ever participated in in my 20+ years as a professional. HR and CEO were not on the same page. I went through 4 interviews.
The CEO was unprofessional during the interview and didn't even know my name or work history (my 4th interview). She asked me inappropriate questions about my personal life and my childcare arrangements. She followed this by referencing the 'on call' hours and I would need to leave my house in the middle of the night. I had no objection. I received a follow-up call 2 weeks later from HR saying that the company is going in a different direction with the position.
It's hard to believe that BH is a faith-based company who also supports the community with job placements and hiring after experiencing such a nightmare. I hope you treat those looking for a 'Better Job' with compassion and humility.
Please 'Do Better'.
